Blackie came to us in the Spring of 2014, one of many cats who were discarded like so much trash on the streets of Fukuoka. He, his 3 sisters, and 3 more siblings from another litter, joined our 3 then 5-year old rescue cats from Shiga and Tokushima to make a very large family. (click photos to enlarge)

We raised Blackie and his 3 sisters by hand:
Blackie (and his sister Brownie). Each with a little piggy tail. (Note I initially confused Nomi and Blackie. It is Blackie with his tongue sticking out).

In the video I was still getting Blackie mixed up with his friend Nomi from another litter. Blackie IS the one with his tongue sticking out and he and his sister Brownie both had short “piggy” tails.
